Outside of normal offices hours your calls will be directed to your private and personal voicemail with you can customise with a personal greeting and can be accessed 24 hours a day by your own secure Personal Identification Number.
If you wish to retain your existing number you can divert incoming calls to us by activating BT's (or your cable operator's) call diversion from the keypad of your telephone. You need only do this when you are out or do not wish to be disturbed, and we will then answer professionally in your company name and take the message for you.
Alternatively, you may prefer to have all your calls directed to your private voicemail thereby ensuring total confidentiality between you and your clients.
