How is my post handled?
With our mail box, mail forwarding and London mailing address, you can choose to either have your mail sent out to another address or you can choose to collect the post from our City Road Address.
We can accept all postal items, parcels and sign for deliveries on your behalf.
If you require your mail to be forwarded onto another location, then a deposit will be needed in order to cover any postage costs. Mail can be forwarded out instantly, or you may prefer to have it sent periodically at set intervals to help reduce the postage costs. Mail can be sent to any location world wide.
You may prefer time to time, to collect your mail from our Office Address in London, which is fine, you will be given a PIN Card which would be presented to our staff on arrival, we will the confirm if we have any post, and if you do, you will be able to take it away from you. The obvious benefit of collecting is the money you can save, as you would not need to pay for postage nor have your mail forwarded out.
There may be occasions where large parcels are delivered to your mail box, in these circumstances we charge for storage, currently it is £2.00 per day. We can then arrange for a courier to collect the parcels.
