How are my calls handled with your telephone answering service?

 

With our telephone answering service you are provided with a London telephone number, currently an 0207 or and 0203 number of your choice. Once you confirm the telephone number you want to use with the service we will then proceed to activate your account. When your telephone number has been activated you will be able to give the number to clients and use it on your correspondence.

 

We will initially find out about your business, so we have an idea of what you do so we can answer some basic caller questions. We will then ask you to confirm the greeting you want us to use when your clients call. This may  be as follows:

 

“Hello, you are through to Business to Business Limited (your name here), how can we help you today”

 

Above is an example, you tell us what you want and then we will use this every time your client calls.

 

 

Once we have taken the telephone call, we can then do several things. First of all we can take a massage, whicn can then be relayed to you via email, telephone, sms and voicemail. We would repeat the message and post it in an email, drop it in your voicemail for you to listen at a later date, or call you. You will confirm how you want the message sent to you.

 

More importantly we can divert the call, so the client would call your telephone number, we can answer the phone in your greeting and then we can divert the call to any number, such as your mobile. This gives the client the impression you are in the office, and we are just diverting the call to a different extension or desk.
